SERVICES BY JPQC
JPQC is a Japan-Bangladesh joint venture third party inspection company. JPQC offer inspection and quality control service for readymade garments, Home Textiles, Leather Products, Jute products and other handmade crafts and items.
Quality Control
we perform a series of tests to assess the product's durability, colorfastness, and shrinkage resistance. If any issues are found, we will report them to you immediately and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Inspection
We conduct visual inspections to identify any defects, such as uneven stitching or loose threads. We carefully review the product specifications provided by our clients to ensure that we have a clear understanding of what is expected.
Quality Assurance.
We take great pride in ensuring that all of the products we check meet our rigorous quality standards. To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive quality control process that includes several stages of checks and inspections.
Product Inspection
Carried out after mass production has started so as to enable remedial action. The production line is inspected when at least 10% of the order has been completed. Each stage of the assembly process will be look after and samples of the goods in progress will be collected for check by JPQC inspector. This means that any impending problem can be identified on-site and addressed at the very stage where it is occurring.
Inline Inspection
Carried out during production to check product quality before the run has been completed. JPQC inspector will check unfinished products during their production and assess if quality standards are being met. Guidance will be offered, if required, in order to assure that corrective actions can be taken in order to assure quality moving forward.
Loading Check Inspection
JPQC performs inspections of finished packed goods as they are being loaded into the shipping container to ensure the correct products are loaded, in a secure and safe manner.
